There is more than enough time for one to wait and decide if the mission is worth doing. Do I think this was a great chain, no. Was I happy to have a new chain, yes. Was it expensive, yes. Was it worth it, that depends. I was happy to have new stuff to do and new features, even if many were frustrating. The NFX crate ability is cool, as is the Lutuma Memory Core ability. One has to remember, that Dan added CTP not for trading but for some missions and upgrading bases. We took it upon ourselves to use as a trading item.

Was worried it'd be like the elios pulse.

An interesting note: what if the Oruas Eye made any planet with an Eye Chamber an invincible planet? Currently, beyond the five mission planets, the two year reward and the morphogenic inhibiters (which you need four of), there aren't many ways to make a planet invincible, and, lore-wise, the Lutuma did use the Eye to predict any threat to them to become unstoppable until it left them, and the thought of making eye chambers just for cool decorations and not use the eye seems... silly, I am guessing the two are linked. I wouldn't put it past the developer to make it only affect a single planet, but, optimistically, it'd buff all of them or at least more than one, as I think the unreal degree of energy to get it would make a few invincibles a proper reward... Then again, one could say the same of the Darmos Drone or Kriell.
It would make it interesting then if one should save the Eye Chambers as they can't be extracted.

Or at least some type of planet buff/transformation (i.e. into some new planet type), but, point taken. It still does seem the two artifacts will be linked in some way.

perhaps the eye could give all plaents with an oraus deployed a rift trap type effect when attacked...so you have time to make arrangements!
more likely it will be a nice item for one planet...which probably wont need def/att or cloak considerations
regarding the ctp expense...i think for many people now they either use ctp for ridiculously priced dysons....or buy fluxes....what the hell would you do with the rest of your ctp? There are prismatics now...so an occassional cost there...but not a huge one....why not roll 20k ctp and see what happens?

Expensive to get to rank 100 @ 19800 CTP(99 ranks), but given that chuhn, thanksgiving, scruuge events are coming, everyone should be able to earn 200 ctp a day to rank this pretty thing.... p.s. no i didn't forget an event, gtfo of here Bane
