Ravyn, Covert Operative Initial Stats: Cloak: 80, Scan: 60, Shields: 160 (Upgrades via a Special Unlocked Mission.) Upon Installing: Initial Upkeep with 3 bots = 100M/day Levels up at 2% per Ally Rank Rank 30: Hull +60 Rank 60: All Cloak +6% Rank 100: Clandestine Plot Level 100 stats: Hull: 179, Cloak: 238, Scan: 179, Shields: 477 Ability: Ravyn, Covert Operative Boosts ship cloaking by an additional 7-15% for 4-8 hours (at random), cool down: 20 hours 2nd Ability unlocked after using the Phase II Ravyn Cloak Upgrade. Deep Cover AbilityPermanently increases the passive cloak of a planet by 50, up to a maximum of 7500. Costs 3000 Exotic Matter to use. Cooldown: 10 hours ------------------------------------------------------------------------MedalSileena's Sacrifice Finish the entire mission saga starting with 'The Covert Ally' and its 4 subsequent missions. Scrap value: 1250 - 5000 credits Cost to use 100, energy. Text after usage: You have issued the payment. Mission Requirement: 1000 cloak ------------------------------------------------------------------------Unexpected Ties Thank you for assisting with the cloaking upgrades. I'm still tweaking some systems based on the new power requirements, but so far it hasn't affected my top speed. I may be the quietest ship in this quadrant. Cost: 400 energy, 2 Blue Badges 10 Rounds, 60 Iterations Rewards: 200 experience, Battle with Stryll Bioresearch Ship This mission unlocks a new challenge after 60 completion(s) Stryll Bioresearch Ship ( The Stryll Order ) Rank Matched Research Vessel Special Variable Hull The ship was detected traveling within the borders of the Terran Outsiders. Enemy Type Special Abilities None Attack Variable Defense Variable Cloak 500 Expires in 1 hour Costs 500 energy to hack (although, it says 100). Upon Hacking: The Hack was successful. You gain: 1 Stryll Bioresearch Bay(Artifact) Stryll Bioresearch Bay [ Planet Structure - Size:1, Artifact:2, Research:4, Population:+25% ] If you are a Biologist when this is first built, it also provides double the artifact bonus. Limit 1 per planet. Scrap value: 5-10 CTP Cost to use 0, energy. Non-extractable.

Its great to see an ally which unlocks something other than itself when maxed. very interesting to see what the followup mission will be. but I wont be raixing it while theres double archotage transmitters avalible XP

If I calculated correctly, if you use the raix ability soley for this ally, the soonest we can unlock the new mission chain and get Ravyns ability will be December 20th.

One of our Rank 141 bought the Ally since it is available for ranks 100 up, but cannot rank it with The Covert Ally mission because it requires a cloak of 1000, that is not posted in the Wiki and needs to be updated. Too bad he will not be able to update it for a while now.

Can someone check that their scan increases when the ally is recruited please. Have at least one report that their scan decreased and although i can't be 100% certain as i didn't check pre-recruitment, my scan seems off when using the 3 repeatable buffs, but maybe just me seeing things.

Didn't check when I added the ally, but it's rank 2 now and the scan has increased the right amount. I saved my ship stats 3 days ago (on the 7th) and the cloak and scan both appear to have increased by what the ally should have added. Had to do some rough calculations for the shields to take into account the permanent % adds and using xcharge cells, but they appear to be okay as well.

while a huge fan of cloak AND allies, seems like the covert ultimate needs to be very decent, cause the base stats and increase on this guy are pretty mundane....a little scan for most, some hull, but more a drop in the bucket....
That said, i still got it and will max it for sure---

According to excel, if you do it 2x per day using the Raix ally, this will be level 100, approximately 12/20.
If you don't, it will be 01/30/16.
My guess is that most people will be somewhere in between; using the raix after this seasonal ends but then stopping again when the next seasonal starts.

I'm on pace to finish mine on December 29th. I'm using the raix ability and completing the mission twice per day.
