I hope not, I only got to experience one actual bi-weekly as it came out (Lutuma) since I joined the game and I kind of liked how that worked. It gave an urgency to try to get through it before it became unavailable (and then was fairly frustrating to get back to the mission you couldn't finish because of RL busyness caused by your child being born, heheh...)

I imagine there will be another but not until the eye stuff is done and the ct lab designs have been released can we realistically expect any movement on it as the focus is on them.
