Hi I am looking for the amount of time it takes for a base to restore sheidls for 1 "tick" or 2% but I do not know how long a tick is. (and the wiki only says tick) anyone help me out? |

i always thought it was 2 minutes for base shield recharge. but just hit your current base lock until you deplete the shields and then sit there with a stopwatch until it recharges. |
