Okay, so I've heard that this thing can remove and claim structures on yours and enemy planets. Is that true? (Sorry, this isn't a suggestion. I didn't know where to post this. It's not a issue, or I'm not really a beginner, and it's not off topic or a update.)

this would go in the beginners hub. even if your not a beginner, its a question about how the game works. but yes. once you use it you will recieve a 'recover' option next to a building you can remove.

Yup, I've had several of these enemies and the Mylarai Build Extractor does exactly what it says on the tin. I've been able to recover several planet modules, including my Omnibase, Captured Crimson Bases, and Zolazin Analyzers. Verrry useful artifact indeed.
