I just received a response for my ticket regarding this last night. Orbisbarrier HyperNexi now count toward this bonus and so do Archotage Transmitters. Note that nexus spy fortress upgrades do NOT count toward this. The explanation was that they made orbisbarrier hypernexi count because they have the orbisbarrier prefix in it. Just an FYI to all.

the item say that you earn sometimes additional blue ,red ,yellow, or green badges when i get the mouse on the arti on my ship

The Terran-Stryll Interrogation Cell page has been updated. There are quite a bit more structures added that count as eligible structures toward this one receiving double bonus. All Structures listed have been confirmed via support ticket to work.
