I can get a total of 5 blue/red/yellow badges (At this time) every 12 hours. I have 5 targets I can see. Lack of targets make this ability pretty much useless to me.

if you have maxed the CK69 Assault Sentry + Protean Arsena and put Heist Dispatch Station on the planets where you want them, all you need is 3 yellow pr day to feed the Cuniculus ability

as for red badges, hard to say, as it depends on how often you scan for bases and how picky/lucky you realy is
can easily cost 50+ red badges pr scan if you want a nice level 7+ base, and doesnt want to lock a level 6 from time to time.

got it today...did brief test of hacks for 10 blues... i got messages showing 6 more additional blues found due to attenuator.

However when i checked my badges i had gained only 12 blues rather than the expected 16. Ticket sent.

did 5 more blues..

so now 15 hacks for blues... 7 total "extra" badges.... of the most recent 5 hacks..the one extra listed did NOT appear in my totals


so now in theory 7 extra badges (just under 50% drop rate) based on notifications..but only got 2 of them :(

Forgive me if I am somehow getting the wrong end of the stick here, but is the passive ability of this mod that costs over 1000 blues really just a chance at extra blues?
Seems decidedly underwhelming if this is by design.

my hope is mutifold..

1) that the base piece gets fixed...i agree if it was only a double down on blues item that would suck..but it doesn't even seem to actually give everything it claims....i got 2 of the supposed 7 additional rewards i should have

2) optimisitc belief that which badge the bonus award grants is weighted.....it would make some sense for it to be heavy weighted for extra blues, with the other badges being modest smaller % odds...similar to crate rewards (maybe more extreme) or to odds of scanning..you tend to find "common" planets more with things like terras, icies, etc, but much lesser. So could merely be a sample size issue.

3) someone wants to fix this expediently- this is another euphemistic term for days rather than weeks. I'm no programmer, so i cannot comment on how hard some things are to accomplish. In my mind i simply see blue badge sequence adding 1 subroutine to check if you have the mod done, then dice roll(s) for yes an item, then what that item is.

/since the attenuator says odds for finding the simon says colors,..ill hold out hope it will be fixed. Maybe just a sad matter of when, right?

update- today i got a yellow and a red as bonus badges from hacking...and yes they indeed were added in my totals!!

no green yet, but it s a good sign


edit, now 3 red and 2 yellow bonus..no green yet, but from extras, its about 50% blue and 50% split yellow or red

ok, something has changed for the good...getting free extra badges like every other hack..2 greens now as well and almost a dozen free yellow and 5 free reds

I finished today and attempted 10 hacks. I received one red, one yellow, and one green. I did not check my totals beforehand, so I cannot verify if I actually received them or not.

Today was my first full PvP run done since finishing the jam attenuator. Looks like 3 player kills, 2 successful raids, 83 successful hacks, 1 invasion, adding 102 to my action counts.

For that, I got 21 reds, 109 blues, 10 yellows, and 3 green badges. (143 badges total)

I didn't count while it was happening, just compared before/after numbers. Note obviously that the successful raids/hacks require resources to be gotten in order to increment.
