To see that they are there, hover over the Artifact Production line on the Prismatic, it will show them all, although, there are too many to determine how many. Scroll up a couple messages here to see how to calculate it yourself.

Based on my spreadsheet, there are 68 active at the moment.

I see 2 here - but still only 1% on my effects tab. Not quite sure I follow - if the effect stacks, surely , if as you say you see 68 active, that would give you an extra 68% bonus?

In this case, it isn't you, maybe wait 24 hours and see how things go. Maybe you got yours when others hadn't clicked and without them clicking, yours hasn't updated. Below is mine currently.

x650 is now connected but not to shock anybody, the ability took my energy but didn't give me the boost. And yes, I read all the posts and checked everything. It's not working.

Same here used the ability twice now and nothing happened didnt even get a 1% boost. Not really the time or the will to read this thread.

Pretty sure based on the numerous comments to that effect in this thread that that is as designed...check for the boost before it expires and see if you have it then, as the boost is based on other people using the ability, not on you using it...at least, that's my understanding based on the description provided in the screenshots.

Did you check right after using the ability? Or did you check later, when other would have had a chance to use it after you activated it? Such as right before it expires?

Once you do it the first time they start adding after that, when you do the second time you should see all the other bonus, they dont disappear and come back after you use the ability.

So x955 was connected for over a year. Then effect ran out even though am connecting every time i can.
Get themessage it emits an intense glow... Takes energy. No effect is given in effects tab.
That should have Prismatic philtery connection:1% with a clampdown
A nd should show in mouse over of resources as 1% for your philtery then
1% as each other connection is made.
None of that is occurring on my prismatic even though all requirement have been me

Seems to me that suddenly it reached a limit and no more connections could be made. But its working for quite a few.
No idea what maintenance was about

One more observation about the Prismatic Philtery ability, I think the cooldown period has changed from 60 hours to 72 hours. Wiki show:

Prismatic Philtery(ability): Boosts planet production by 1% ON each prismatic planet that has a philtery. This bonus stacks. Lasts 3 days (72 hours). Costs 500 energy. Cooldown 60 hours.

I noticed it changed sometime last week. Wiki may need to be updated.

I retract my above statement, I have just now verified and it appears the cooldown is now back at 60 hours. ty
