What's broken with the 5-year reward?

It doesn't upgrade the structure at a certain point on the prismatic which ultimately comes from the 5 year award. The latest upgrade is broken and has been for quite some time now despite tickets sent.

You know there are time intervals between upgrades, right?

I just click "Connect" and continue on with my business and never checked production. lol it actually still has an effect, but the total production doesn't increase since there is apparently a cap of around 75 (?) philtery bonus effects. so if EVERYONE stopped using the philtery, eventually the prismatic productions would drop once there are fewer than 75 philtery effects stacked. then you would notice a production boost the next time someone connected their philtery. there are current 94 philtery effects active on my prismatic. so 20+ people would have to stop connecting to notice a drop in production from the current 'max' levels.

Found that with the Transcender you can upgrade your small moon to Large Moons, and then use a second Transcender to upgrade the large moons to Luminous Moons.

It does actually say that in the description though, that with the exception of small moons, you can only use it once.

New Prismodyne item added: Prismodyne Gene Splicer: Evolves a random Government Official on your planet to a better version of themselves. On rare occasions, an Official will transcend into a Surrogate or a Celestial. Costs 2 Prismodyne energy and 7,000 energy Other Images: Upgrades: Surrogates: Celestials: There appears only one image for surrogates and celestials. Maybe these give multiple types of production instead of just one type like the base artifacts and the upgrades. OR they only give a higher amount of one production/stat type and just use the same image. Will need confirmation on that.

It's like the Prismatic Ambassador, I'm guessing. Once you have the (random effect) on a planet, you can upgrade it.

On rare occasions, an Official will transcend into a Surrogate or a Celestial." does a 'better version of themselves' still count as an official .. i.e. can a Galaxy Interrogator be upgraded to a surrogate / celestial ? "Sends an Ambassador from Prismoda to assist your planet, boosting all production by 6%. The planet must have a Government Official stationed on it to use." similarly, can an ambassador still be installed on a planet with only an upgraded official / surrogate / celestial. if no one else can check these, i can look further once i unlock the 9.year stuff in october.
