I suspect the pre-requisite will be the "Ravenous Pillaging" medal.
Sequence: Doorbuster Sale --> Ravenous Pillaging --> Naughty Marauding
Since these are all a "raid mineral or artifact points from..." type of medal.

Good question is do you have to have latest upgrade to get it or was it added to all thraccti versions

It's there... but there's a discrepancy in the numerals. The upgrades go I, II, III, IV, V, VII and VIII - but they upgrade I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII respectively.

As you can see, there are seven upgrades - the correct amount to take Thraccti to VIII.

I just upgraded my Thraccti to the VIII, it did not change the timer on the ability, it is still at 28 hours. Ticket sent in. Has anyone else had the timer change for them?

That I do not know the answer to. I'll have to check with others that do not have all of the upgrades to see if they get it

One legionmate reported something similar with Litheor, Zolazin, and Drannik. Another said it happened with the Doorbuster Medal, too.
