Wondering what sort of planets I should be aiming to use these artifacts on? What's the baseline size/production I want? |

The best time to use those artifacts would be on Very Massive 15x Mega rich planets but thats only really feasable if you get your CC out and purchase the artifacts required. Personally i'm looking for Very Large Icy/Deserts I believe that is the biggest size they come naturally, With Ex Rich or better resources |
