i am a new player @ level 9..fascinating game...my question is, do artifacts have multiple uses...i have one that says i have 3 uses left even though i haven't used it yet and another that doesn't say anything?

some artifacts can be used multiple times, others cant.

so...to clarify, if the artifact gives u a # of uses left then its multiple but if it doesn't than it is a single use? Are there none that regenerate its ability after its been used?

Correct - all artifacts are single use unless otherwise indicated. There are no artifacts that regenerate or increase their uses over time.
