People in different legions can't fight? can't alert? just because you friended them in Facebook? |

Yup. It is there to prevent exploit of planned or consented farming for badges off friends or alt accounts.. |

However, if you come across them on your BT then you can attack/hack/raid all you want. |

BT is not easily abused because you can't target them anytime you want to farm.. You would need to cycle thru BT to spawn same ones to kill.. Target a ship in friend list is very prone to abuse.. |
