i have been looking over all my research and found that my research rank capacity is still quite low, is there a way to increase it, or does it just increase as you gain new levels? |

It's level-based. I'm pretty sure it fills faster than minerals and artifacts for almost everyone. |

Your research points capacity increase by 150 every rank. No other way to increase it. |
