I would like to ask anyone who knows what does a Planetary Time Vortex actually do? The description says "Instantly advances the growth of a planet for 1 day." Does it affect population growth? Or does it have any positive affect on the resources? Help please. |

A planet takes 5 full days to develop to its peak production. The artifact speeds up that process. I think its description might need a little adjustment. |
