 Legion Base Rules

Post Legion Base Rules
For my legion base, sometimes people in my legion don't get shipments, so I changed it to "Must be claimed after each shipment". All I want to know is, how do you claim shipments?

go to the production tab. there should be a button there. and make sure you have it distributed evenly, or some people still wont get shipments.
