Based on their original post I doubt they have anything as nice as an Exotic or Dyson to place a Counter-Intelligence Nexus upon yet; furthermore, if they're seeking to optimize their ship for hacking, the Decryption Quad-Frames are essential early tech.

hi, I'm kinda new but been grinding hard. I'm researching heavy into energy, and basically making a hacker ship. I'm up to 40 badges and i was told that i would get a planet artifact but I havent gotten it yet is there something i have to do to get it? Thanks Gabe aka SirLoin

it's in the battle market, there's a button in the upper left part of the battle tab.

I honestly can't be bothered to get the frames until I have a decent supply of TMs. 4 badges/hr. 80 badges/20hrs. based on 100% successes. It took me 11hrs to get a counter intelligence nexus. Not worth it...
