So I'm a level 40 human merchant and i'm having trouble keeping my creds and I'm just asking you level 100 people how do you save a lot of creds? PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes you can sell the locations of planets that you scan as long as they aren't colonised by you. You can sell enemy occupied planets on the forum in the Pub.
but the player who wants to buy the planet has to join your legion for you to sell it to them. You can join thiers but it takes a day before you can sell it to them.

When selling write the size and the resources and the amount of attack defence that the planet has.

keep the owner (if colonised by enemy ) to yourself. write that if they want to know who owns it to send you a PM that way they cant use a planet flux before you get a chance to sell it.

There is another way too.... Get some good mining planets! If you are going broke early in the game your mineral production is waaaay too low.

yeah, i survived on 180 mining per hour until rank 180. you DEFINITLY need some new mining planets.

Or you can join a large legion and ask some people for money.

keep your upkeep low and start so moderate mining, I'm rank 100 and my upkeep in only 2mil! at 622 minerals an hour, enough to pay a day's upkeep many times over.

My upkeep is 700 Million.

at 347? what are you running with to keep it so low? i have almost 200 million more than you and im 40 ranks under you

Why can't you sell planets that are colonized by you? Just share the location, leave the legion, and can't they just attack and take it at that point?

stop researching and start mining!!!!!!!!! I'm a third of the rank of you guys and hundreds of times less upkeep (upkeep is not THAT exponential!)

Hey, at rank 91 I have 3 times your upkeep. Just thought you might wanna revise your ship. Upkeep curves. The higher rank the faster it goes up.

when I start all I researched was energy so while my rank when up, everything else fell behind.

The answer is to rank. The higher your rank the better the quality of minerals you draw, regardless of how much MP you get per hour... and ie the more credits.

I am currently rank 371 with an upkeep of 2.8 billion per day, but bring in over 4 billion. With a 45% artifact, 25% mineral, 30% research mix. All in the rank and the ratio.
