just a quick question

if you see a occupied planet with no buildings built on it ,is it most likely that the player is inactive or just forgot to build buildings on it ?

If its just sat there forever then i would say inactive most likely, just watch if he/she ranks up within the next couple days

lol i would say they dont have a good grasp of the game, and wont even notice if the planet goes missing. no buildings=green light to invade imo.

Terra Small Artifact: Mega Rich

Mega rich sounds appealing but with a small planet you'll never be able to build much on it. if you need a planet badly, go for it. if you have other options.... I would pass it by...

Also.... if you can take a planet you want... take it. people who don't defend their planets don't deserve them!
