say if you hacked someone and you got affected by the quantim firewall trap ,you then hack annother person who also has a quantim firewall trap ,what happens are they added together or does only one of them work ?

you can't hack anyone after triggering a firewall, unless you used a null fuse.

it's ok, but you can hit a krionus multiple times, I just recommend that you don't . . .

wrong, you can if you use a dark pyramid and alot of flares/clouds

I don't think there is anyone with less than 100 combined scan/cloak, even the mission rewards you get will give you more than that.
