I thought this was npc item but it's listed under the guys EFFECTS ???? never seen that before. |

aye, it's a ship module with bonus % effect applied to hull... bonus % from modules show as effects with no timer note: they can have 2 of these on their ship, giving 2 +5% bonuses... for an actual increase of +10.25% |
