check the beginners hub and the strategy section. all the posts will help you out. go back as many pages in either direction as you're willing to go.

If you're talking about the super legion that existed, the legion system was changed around september I think. not sure when you were on last. now legions are restricted to 60 people. you have to have sub legions to, technically, be any larger.
