not sure where this was best to be posted so I'm gonna just post it here why is it that when I go to hack someone, and it says the CLOAKING isn't strong enough, yet it is scanning power AND cloaking are what effect your hacking potential? |

i think ability to hack is just cloak vs cloak while chance of success is both cloak and scan |

Ability to hack is YOUR cloak vs. TARGET's scan. Your chance of success is cloak + scan vs. cloak + scan. |

your cloak has to be higher than their scan and your scan has to be higher than their cloak ( I think ...LOL) |
