what is a Lazuli Parts Manifest and is it a lower or higher or not at all version of Lazuli Parts Vault ? |

They are used for the mission "Suspicious Construction." It is similar to the Kalvium Asteroid mission, where you collect these in order to do the mission. |

no you have to disable parts runners and they are not the easiest NPC's to kill, i had trouble finding them It took me 20 thousand energy to find 50
