As the leader of the legion would I be the only one able to withdraw money from the base if I build the commerce bay or can everybody or is it only the officers as well as myself I do not want to lose all the money I have added in if someone takes it all and then leaves the legion.I added in a bit more than I wanted to and would like to reclaim a portion of it back
