 Are Metallic planets as rare as Terras and Oceanics, or as rare as Exotics? Specifically, are they Rare, or Very Rare?

My freind who plays this game found an Exotic, terra, oceanic, Icy, and Metallic all in one scan blitz, it was his first scan blitz when he was lvl 12. I beleive they are as rare as Terras.
