if u have not researched Hybrid Theory Dynamics and other people that have have madee discoveries can u still use the discovery? |

You need the Hybrid Theory Dynamics researched to "Visit the Theory" Lab, You can't attempt Breakthroughs are execute any designs unless you got it researched. |
