 Am I missing something here? Is there a certain scan level I need to see more as I have been constantly been NCPing for a week now and I've only encounter 3.
With only a few days left how can I see more!!!! |

The spawn rate appears to be increasing as we get closer to Halloween, Gareth. The same thing happened last year. You'll see loads of them on Halloween itself.

Try and get the highest attack you can for an NPC run so you can get through more NPCs. Use all the buffs you can find and install all weapons then hull then defnces. Get rid of any shield, cloak or scan. Use Surge Plexuses too.
