You know, this whole post is hilarious. I'm in a legion that only targets high 2s, and 3s, and weak 4s, and just the other day, we found a weak 4 WITH NOTHING ON IT. And you know what? We hit it, we disabled it, and got our rewards. Why? Because it. is. hilarious. You are only hurting your legion in the long run. If you don't have the money to keep up with a base. Thats your own damn fault. But don't come on the forums expecting people to believe the reason that you have no defenses or anything on is because you don't want to give higher legions badges and goodies. Go be broke somewhere else.
