You'll also want either cloak or defense on there. If you can get the base cloak to around 10K, the legion bonus will boost it to 20K+ so it'll be almost completely safe from being found.
If it's already on someone's scans, put defense on it instead. Same deal, any arti that gives defense.

I have a collosal that i am working on at the moment i went with a lot of defense artis and with my Legion bonus have a defense of 31K and attack of 10K and cloak of 7K
I am working on getting its passives up so i can recover some of the defensive artis and increase production. I currently get 840 mining and 2k Reserach and no Artis as i havent upgraded that at all it still at very sparse the othe 2 are both at 11x
This is my best planet in the game so far.

 Here's One i have built that is cloaked to 20857. I am getting 989 research per hour from it. Its not "optimized" but its good decent without the use of Structural Energizers (i use those on planets that can never be taken).
