Been awhile since I've posted my current Research Tree (progress). I'm looking for what to research next. I'm thinking I should do Hyperchannel Relays then Trans-Entropy Drives (Mark III) or maybe Mark I Quasi-Chaotic Blaster for +1200 Attack for my planets? What do you think I should research first that can benefit me and my love for PvP. I'm currently a Rank 321 Aerlen Excavator.

energy for the best relays.. def can always wait a bit if you not going to cry over a few disables here and there.
im really not sure why ANYONE wants attack on their planets.. yes with enough it MIGHT discourage someone.. but other then that, its not as good for defending the planet as pure def is. this is just something i cant wrap my head around. barring a warp inhibitor of course. then its 50/50 whatever you want

I stopped caring about disables ever since I've hit the top 10 Kills board. Was fun while it lasted. Was trying to get 4k Kills within 100 deaths, looks like that's not going to happens  EDIT: It took 1 week for me to get disabled ever since I've stepped in the 'Hit list' board. A rank 495 dropped 8 EMPs on me  .

then i would say energy and relays all the way. they give you more to do simply because more energy means more playing. and faster recharge = more playing.

Relays, always a good idea, it's a better idea to use obviation barriers than the minefields for the simple reason that I'm a lot less likely to grind down pop at one hit per and maybe even spend a recharge on taking a planet than I am just popping a couple of repair nanos.

you could use more cloak  and defense is never a bad thing, you could finish that one off.

Get your top relays finished first, they will help yo immensely. After that I'd go with finishing defense and then shields and weapons. You'll only have cloaking and base tech left after that so you could go back and forth between the two as needed.

Thanks for the helpful input guys  Current Research: Research Levels: 0 / 1 865825 / 1600000 Points Remaining: 734175 Module: HyperChannel Relay Production: 8214 research / hour (Took a nice VM 15x Research with an omnibase on it  ) EDIT: next research - Entropy Field Warping
