The wiki, http://galaxylegion.com/wiki/index.php/ ... _Leviathan, states that they only spawn while the mission "Embattled Retreat" is active. However I have a legion mate that says that he encounters them even though he has completed the mission. Can anyone confirm whether this is true or not? I'd rather move on and finish the Mylarai chain if I could but I don't want to miss out on the emitters.

They go once the mission ends. Many people have asked for the mission to be reset because they've missed out on them without realising.

I don't know how anyone could miss them. I got all 4 of mine within 36 hours. And now they've become the bane of my BT. All my energy's being redirected to a different set of missions so I haven't finished off the penultimate Mylarai mission and they just keep on clogging up my BT. Because they're annoying to kill and not worth it because the guns only scrap for 4-8 ctp.

I however believe that these Leviathans are a myth and you are all trolling me, 8k energy and not one to be found. Do I need to run a certain amount of scan or do they spawn in proportion to how much of the mission you have done? EDIT: 2 mintues after I posted this I found one lol. Ah the irony. 10 mintues after that I find another one. Got 3 now, 1 more to go! Yay, got all 4!

yea its wierd how they work when you really want them they're nowhere to be found, then when you dont want them anymore their everywhere. I NPC'd for 4 hours before I found my first one, after i got my 4 rift emitters they were about the only things i could find on my BT till i finished the darned mission

Lol, keep circulating the info. I added that note to the wiki based on advice received on the forums. I think we can call it verified As an aside, the stats on the emitters are hardly worth getting worked up about, unless you're going for the challenge of installing every available module.

I'm very much of the mind that it is not worth having all modules installed. Anything which is primarily an energy module will not be included, anything of a weak ratio will be scrapped (except scan modules), etc. etc.
I may never even hit Colossal Galaxy Destroyer as I will be picky about my end-game modules. I can get engineers, x-charge, tacts, durtaniums to cover the gaps - particuarly in energy.
Of course, I shall have to work out how many decks to stop at to not go over, but...

At a heavy goliath with 1.2k decks and only 21 tacts... I have to disagree.

Of course, I shall have to work out how many decks to stop at to not go over, but... Same when I will have max deck for every : shield, hull , attack , defense or energy module im not adding more deck until I have others to instal .

The Leviathan were annoying enough where after my BT kept getting clogged by them, I decided it was worth just blitzing through the mission so they would disappear. Cause they're annoying.
