Thanks Pongoloid! You are right, by switching from Thet to Quasi really put my upkeep more at stress especially I m one of the main player to support my legion.
I did took some risk in boosting my ship as mentioned in this thread few days ago >> http://galaxylegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=39666 Overall, I tune all my planets every 2-3 months which I find most players don't do. And every day I collect all my artifacts by logging in several times a day so nothing goes to waste
