Whats the best Mission NPC Mix for Race and Profession? Debating between, Inergon, Drannik, Human or whatever people suggest most.

Human isn't really too good for NPC's unless of course your going to be taking down a lot of boss/elites that give huge bonus XP, where the 10% is actually noticeable.

Inergon is good for extra energy but lacks any punch power in terms of usable professions.

Drannik does provide a 40% boost to NPC attack, which is great, but if you are already hitting the damage cap when you attack anyway theres not much advantage.

for npc drannik is the way to go. inergon is useful for missions as you can get more done, and also helps in npc as you can kill more.

i believe binaryman did a study on drannik vs human for xp gains in npc and drannik won.

Your Sillix now, right? sillix works well for npc as you can fit bigger and better weapons. I'm not looking forward to changing from sillix myself.

Genetarr Fixer looks to be a great Race/Profession. Genetarr - Ability to knock 50% defense off NPC's(cooldown 30 minutes) / Fixer - 30% Extra Hull

isnt it attack?

Yea Im sillixx fixer, but its a curse to be sillixx with their extra decks there really isnt another bonus besides that and you eventually become dependent on deck . So far Inergon Sounds good as it will help with MISSION AND NPC.

Human is good, especially when you take down lots of bosses and elites like I do, it helps a lot if you want to power level. On the other hand Drannik is the best NPC hunting race, but its a pretty long chain to get them.

I would argue that Human isn't the best choice because the XP bonus means you level faster than your research (and other resources) can keep up with.

I've noticed in battling that Humans make easier targets than other races because they haven't had as long to research (and complete misssions) to build up their equipment.

But I'm happy being Sillixx. The only thing I would even consider changing to would be a Drannik, but because I do missions AND killing NPCs, I like having the deck space to use for energy reactors, as they're more efficient than engineers (after a certain point, obviously).

very true, but i'm guessing Drannik is in the future for our OP (?)
if you have finished the Drannik chain then become one asap...if not, Konqul can give your attack a nice boost

Now I wanna throw Kronyn on the board. As maxing my research planets would help me with alot of the new stuff and help in the lab. It will help with both Missions and NPCs How? Because I will get better reactors Weapons Defenses Hull and more.

unfortunately swapping from Vygoid to Kronyn my production will go from 8476rph to 7063rph... dropping 1413 rph... using the kronyn ability on vm gas planets with 40 raw research points stuffed into them only gains me 20rph each time... that'll take at least 116 days to gain back the production rate i lose from the swap

....but after that, the gains will be faster than my scientist pulls with my arti production currently at 2.6Kaph... so it'll be worth it in the long run...

Kronyn is the new vygoid. I was planning on becoming Vygoid Excavator before unlockables but since I can unlock Kronyn soon I might become Kronyn Explorer or Excavator.

Konqul is not good as drannik but It is more diverse, if you are a Drannik you only have the 40% attack boost when your fighting npc however if you are a konqul you will have the 10% attack boost for npc and pvp, not forgetting invasion attack.

It's +20% attack across the board for Konqul

Yes but konqul is good in several sections. I'm sure you will be invading planets right? apart from saboteur konqul is the only race which helps with offensive invasion, i think.

Konqul Excavator, best overall long term NPC farming + ship growth (AP) + useful attack for base/pvp/invade if you want.

Drannik Fixer, best NPC farming/tanking combo.

Inergon Builder/Human, pure mission running races.

Think Ive decided between Inergon and Drannik, Drannik because I would be stronger in NPC's but Inergon because I would be stronger in both just not as much in NPC if I were Drannik.

I ran Inergon when I was mostly missions, then Drannik when I was doing all NPCs.
