Planetary building have become extremely expensive for me at 50 mill a building adds up quick... in the last 10 planets i had to asked for assistance. (well i didnt need to it was a better option then waiting for a few weeks)

for that level it is really high but she probably has the 2 mission planet that give most of that, dunno what her minerals and artifacts are at ?

Finish the Antimatter Streams, Q-Phase Plating and Singularity Control (and the following relay). That'll keep you busy for a little bit, then finish your Gravshell Construction. In the future, don't bounce around the research tree like that. Stick with one thing until you finish the tier. Then start something else. And I recommend when upgrading your ship modules, only go from tier-max to tier-max. It will save you credits and minerals.

Order of importance of Research (in my oppinion) Energy Buildings Hull Weapons Defense* Scanning Cloak Defense IS important, but ONLY until you finish about 1/2 the tree then I didn't bother to finish it until I only had Base Researches left otherwise.

If your having expense problems. i recommend sacrificing some of your research gainers for minerals. no doubt your missing out on thousands of RP because its to high after you long on in the morning. get minerals instead to keep up with the rate of your tech increase. You really should spread you planetary income rather then completely focusing on one area. In your place, i would lower the research to about 2500. putting as much as i can into minerals. Whats your mineral and artifact output? No doubt after the change nothing will be wasted and you will be surprised by how much more easier it all becomes. At the rate your going your going to be heavily hit by the upkeep increase soon (way more then most people would be)

Your energy is very low for your level, so I'd suggest working on that. I know you're slow leveling, but when a weekly mission comes out that's worth doing like this week's, it's good not to pass it by.
