Does this work on a planet with a resource of 15x or more, or is it simply a waste of the artifact? |

production level of the planet doesn't matter as far as what the spire becomes... However, like all buildings, it's best to choose the planet where you'll get the most benenfit from the spire.... though choose carefully because the type of planet affects the bonus you get... see this thread viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11579 |
