What is the rarity of this npc showing up ?

I'm level 372 and have only ever got 1 Ion Pulse Ballistae

It's extremely rare. I've had a few but I kill a lot of NPCs. Got 3 in a few days way back when.

It's well worth it when you find it though.

I only found 1 from rank 180 to just over rank 400. I have seen quite a few since though, so you will find them all.

I had all 4 by the time I hit 300... im 414 now.

Depends on how much you NPC, I think I had all 4 by lvl 300...I regularly scrap 5-10 of these a week now :(

I found two of the blighters yesterday in a pool of just 120 NPC's. Shame as i've had 4 of them for a while.

Luck players a big factor. I haven't had any in a week or so but I've had two or three TO Troop Carriers.

the random number generator was loving up on me last night... got all sorts of my favorite goodies from arti pulls... (mostly rescued prisoners and shipbots and no mass storage pods *cheers*)... and i was getting elites back to back to back to back to back to back to back.....
