ever since i heard about this NPC, i haven't been able to find it, i know its available at rank 300, and minimum scan is 2k, my scan is over 3k. why can i not find it??? |

Sorry man, i spent 3 weeks straight NPC hunting before i found it. I really cant complain that much though, while it took 3 weeks, i got lots of nice loot. |

I haven't found it yet, I'm running 2900 scan, but I'm not complaining about not finding it, because I haven't been looking very hard, just a few battles here and there |

It really take a lot of kills in order to find it. The great thing is when you find it you already have awesome loots to boast. |

The great thing is when you find it you already have awesome loots to boast. yeah I've only made maybe around 1500 kills since it came out, I really only have the scan up so I can finish the taltherian chain, I'm hoping to find one before I downgrade my scan again |
