Woah. I'm gunna have to say transtemporal arrays. Can you actually afford the upkeep on all of that?

Wow. That's impressive. The value of slow ranking I guess. It's not just upkeep costs though. You probably can't fit much in your ship.
I tend to research scanners to the max of each tier. Extra scan is invaluable.
You didn't list planet structures but they're pretty important. You'll need really good planet production to get the most from the 27 planets you can colonise.

If you're not ready to do a scan blitz yet then the next tier of research structures might be useful. +8 is still pretty cheap. Might even be worth doing the arti ones depending on how many arti planets you have. The latter will help boost your ship size with bots and prisoners.
I guess the research cap is a real problem for you. Can't be very high at that rank but warehouses would make a big difference.

i never cap my research and i have a 2.5k arti production with a 37k cap so i dont ususally cap on that either

Really? Wow. I've always tried to reach my cap within 6 hrs. I'd say 8 is the minimum. Currently over 10.5k/hr at rank 433. Got about 5 million RP to spend before I get research contracts and can actually afford to install a lot of the tech I've got. 20% Vygoid bonus helps but there's also a lot of good research planets out there. More than mining or arti ones.
Guess you must have a lot of mining planets to manage your costs from the few planets you've got? I had to boost mine a lot when I upgraded my weapons to Thetacrons. Luckily NPC hunting gives toxic purifiers and I've been turning my toxics into Irradiated planets. 3 massive 17x planets and a 15x v.large one give me a quarter of my mining. They spew out over 2000MP/hr and I've got another one on the way to 15x.
The next level of planet production structures provide a decent boost but they're a lot of AP and the cost might be too much at your level.
