Very possible. Its been a while since I hit 240, but I don't recall any missions unlocking. And nobody seems to know when the Caelon missions start. Trust you to figure it out though...

I think the hidden mission at rank 240 might be the NPC triggered one with the 2000 cloak smuggler. |

Well 230 and 260 have definite missions. 240 didn't add anything to the list. So.. unless it unlocked a continuation mission somewhere, that seems to be about the right rank range for it. |

The NPC Finder mission was 300, it said new at 300, and none appeared..i suspected it was that. |

You have to hunt NPCs to find it. It's completely random and very dependent on your scanning as well. The NPC has 2000 Cloak. |
