 Taking Modules offline

Post Taking Modules offline
If you take your modules offline, you still have to pay maintenance on them, correct?

Just trying to find ways to lower my 1.1 billion dollar daily maintenance cost.

If I sell modules then I don't have to pay upkeep on them right? My maintenance cost is like 14.8 billion per day. Kinda crazy

What level are you? Thats 14x what I pay so I am a bit shocked.
