I am a fast ranking Human miner I normally rank up twice a day.

look at my 1st post here. and calculate your own value. Anything more than 12 is good. anything less than 6 means your ranking up too fast. ;)

Comparison to me, rank 176:
1/3 ahead on weapons.
2 ahead on energy.
2 behind on shields.
3 behind on cloak.
2/3 ahead on hull, but I'm going from 1/3 nexus to AT LEAST full Neutronium ATM
1 Behind on defences.
Same scanners.
Same planet.
Same Base.

I have 8 open planet slots.
2330 RP, 1361 MP, 2043 AP

I'd say pick your artifacts up, and get working on shields, for planet defences if nothing else. (disruption for +450 shields)

I think your research is low but I've always favoured high research. Almost 11kRP/hr at rank 461.

Think I'd researched better guns, defence and planet structures at your rank. Also had my mission exotic and a 10-15x megarich v.massive. I'd killed about 6000-7000NPCs by that point though.

Can't remember my production at your rank but my PQI (Total resources divided by planets) was something like 200-220. It's around 240 now.

MY ship would have been heavy or massive levianth by then. Almost all of my rank points went into ship size till massive levianth.

well defense is my priority, I want to be able kill these stryll assassins without having to repair.
then maybe shields to the tier that gives you planetary shields.
and back to energy then I'll get supernova gen mk1 and if I can afford it, finish null rays (light nulls practically bankrupted me)

Also, I should have gotten my mission exotic 1k NPC kills ago, except the RNG's being mean and had held off on my 10th troop carrier for like 500 kills, and now I need my eleventh to finish the terra project

I think I'm going to stop at trans temporal mk 1 and continue working on planetary structures and then maybe scanners.
then when I hit rank 300, I'm not going to spend any energy at all what so ever except to hit bosses, elites and anything good on my bt that spawns
I will resume ranking after winter break

You shouldn't waste your credits by buying the mark I stuff, its almost always best to wait until you finish that set and buy the mark 3 stuff or the heavy weapons
same with all the other modules

(personal opinion) get your research up to around 7K as your behind right now research to at least the end of nulls, research hyper channel relays, at least rift shields, at least +10 for planets. finish hyperflux sensors and get to trans temporal defense
and finally get to fermonic armor and dont level up! then you'll be fine :)
