Currently I'm working on scanning to go on a little scanning blits.. but after that what should I research? My ship feels kinda small with only 285 decks (can only fit one or 2 of everything)

You really need to research shields. Not for your ship, but for your planets. The shields are the defense for planets, and you need as much as you can get

sounds like a plan to me! :D - Couldn't really fit much more on my ship anyway so it makes sense to build up my planets.

Just curious, what should my energy be at around this rank? (max energy) I can get about 700 when im trying to level, and with exp boost arti il be about 600 off of ranking (missions.. alot less with npcing)
