Radiant Surge Cannon Max

 I was wondering if anyone could please confirm that installing Radiant Surge Cannons at rank 800 will make them mark IX models, which are in fact the maximum. I'm basically wondering if any rank 1000+ players have gotten any higher than rank IX.

I bought ned radiants at level 800+ this what i got:
