 i was thinking nexus grids, antiproton cannons then quantum overlay engines. thoughts?

For level 76 your doing really well on tech wouldn't go to antiproton's unless you have some serious money,
Definitely upgrade planet construction to +5 with your current research i'd go to +8's

To be honest, I'd tell you to go for scanning. Planets are your ultimate resource and although we can't see how far you've researched, if you want to find more, you need better scanners. That or you could put more into your shields so that you get up to mass shields (preferably planetary shields).
