When do Drannik Ballistae stop showing up?

Post subject:  When do Drannik Ballistae stop showing up?
I am rank 268 and want to power through the Taltherian chain, but I don't have all four Ion pulse Ballistaes. Anyone know or have an estimate of when these guy stop showing up?

I haven't seen them in a while. Rank 600 and onwards. Maybe that's their top.

I think I got all mine too early. I have all 4 Ion Pulse Ballistaes at rank 283-285. 3 of them were from regular spawns and the last one came from Contract Coordinates.

(Used all 5 Contract Coordinates: 3 Sha'din Envoy :( , 1 T.O. Troop Carrier (Terraformer) :D , 1 Drannik Ballistae :) )
