So I am rank 37 now. I have put almost all my research into cloaking. Because of this I am sitting on 412 cloak. I assume this is high, but it makes me wonder what else to do with my ship? Should I focus on scanners? Weapons maybe, to be like a silent running assassin? Or should I just stay loyal to my cloak and start putting lots of research into structures? With my shroud satelites my planets are pretty well hidden. So any suggestions would be appriciated. Thanks |

Hacking is disapointing overall. It becomes more disappointing later. Before level 20 it should pretty much be the premiere use of energy. It might not be wasteful until around rank 60, where the energy may as well be used on levelling up and having more (research?) planets. Then much later on it becomes feasible in terms of stealing planets if you choose to be antagonistic with races only they can have. |

From my point of view, your specialization took a lot of discipline, since the first direction I take in games of this type (that drain an energy bar) is to beef up the energy bar. So I'd recommend you research energy so you can do more at a sitting. |

And the more relays you have the faster you get energy. |
