how do i increase my chance of finding T.O. ships?

Post subject:  how do i increase my chance of finding T.O. ships?
i just want to know the best way of getting a T.O. ship on my NPC list. im lv 264 only found 4 so far. any questions i can answer if needed.

Farm NPCs with a scan greater than 50. That's all you can do. No special tricks, just start killing. And keep killing. And kill some more. They'll show up from time to time.

You could also complete the missions that give your more NPC slots on the battle tab. That could improve your chances some.

Only way that would help your chances is if you sit and let stuff expire, or you fill all your slots with bosses and you have a legion of slackers that don't kill them in a timely manner.

Its all random but the best way is to kill as much npc and basically not look for them. You will find lots of them when your not looking for them hehe.

also...finish any missions that spawn npc's...if these clutter your tab you'll be less likely to find the juicy targets.
though, having said that, decrypting the vault is a grind n a half :s

That explains why I found only 3 scruuge carriers when I killed 3k npc a few days ago.

on the subject of that, I just found two troop carriers yesterday not expecting it, and I was expecting crap yesterday.
