The false leadings yeah? well since there is a chance of recieving more then one hyper from terra project, then there should be someone on forums with more then 1.

It doesn't happen, plain and simple. You'll get one when you complete the mission.

aww because on the mission it says 'Per Round Rewards: 50 XP, chance to get Hyper Terraformer Device'

You get one when you complete the mission.
