Can someone tell me what this one does? You can do the mission 10 times so it seems its a 1 shot item and not a permanent asset |

It instantly vaporizes the sheilds of the target. It is a one use artifact. |

Hmmmm as i dont PvP much that makes it a lot less usefull for me. Guess ill skip that mission for now then |

It's happened to me 3/20 times so far. FWIW, I use that mission as my level up mission as you don't lose any energy on a fail when you level up. |
